Die Kostenübernahme ist wie folgt geregelt:

Kosten PCR-Test

CHF 160.-

Kosten Antigen-Schnelltest

CHF 36.-

Das Parlament hat entschieden, das in Apotheken ab dem 1. Januar 2023 die Kosten für Covid-19-Tests nicht mehr vom Bund übernommen werden. Die Kosten für einen Covid-19-Test müssen somit ab dem 1. Januar 2023 von der getesteten Person selbst bezahlt werden.
Ärztlich angeordnete Tests werden von der obligatorischen Krankenpflegeversicherung übernommen, sofern der Test notwendig ist, um das weitere medizinische Vorgehen zu bestimmen. Dies vorbehaltlich der Franchise und des Selbstbehalts. Die Informationen auf der Webseite des BAG werden per 1. Januar 2023 aktualisiert.

The assumption of costs is regulated as follows:

Parliament has decided that, as of January 1, 2023, the cost of Covid 19 tests in pharmacies will no longer be covered by the federal government. The cost of a Covid-19 test must therefore be paid by the person tested from January 1, 2023.

Physician-ordered tests will be covered by mandatory health insurance if the test is necessary to determine further medical action. This is subject to the deductible and retention. The information on the FOPH website will be updated as of January 1, 2023.
